Broadcast on January 18, 2022
With Thomas Hübl
Hosted by Lisa Bonnice

"If we go deep enough to get to the root of a catastrophe, it won't happen again. If we don't do that, it's most likely going to repeat itself." ―Thomas Hübl

We're traversing a moment in history where we are immersed in collective trauma. In this session, Thomas explores ways to transform that trauma into something positive. Discover how you can change your perspective so you can learn from the past, heal the present, and improve your future.

In this session, you'll discover:

  • Ways to turn the negative effects of trauma into wisdom and post-traumatic healing
  • What causes "family divides" and what you can do to heal them
  • How doing your own inner work can prevent passing of ancestral trauma to future generations
